My name is Kurt Betzel. I'm originally from Arlington, Texas.
I am now a permanent resident of the Republic of Panama.
I met Emily Tallendino and very quickly learned of our mutual love and passion for Rotary International.
We both knew that for this community to progress, it could with the presence of Rotary.
My name is Alejandro Jonah. I grew up right here on this island and today I have the opportunity
to be part of the new rotary club that we are opening here in Boca del Toro.
Having clean drinking water is one of the most important things we can think about when we
want to grow healthy and strong. I mean it's not a place where you can just simply open the
facet you know and drink fresh water that is healthy. You would walk around the
community and you would see the children with their big tummy you know and not
full of energy as children usually are and well once there was improvement in
their health and once they got fresh and clean water to drink I mean you could
and see the difference immediately.

Me llamo Kurt Betzel.
Me llamo Alejandro Jonah.
queremos crecer sanos y fuertes.
grifo y beber agua fresca y saludable.
