Caitlin explains the well process Automatic audio transcript; may contain errors. [0:00] Simone drilled this well last week so initially when a well is drilled we leave the billar bucket [0:08] with the community so the homeowners the ones that are going to be using this well [0:14] use the billar bucket to clean out the well so initially when you drill you're going to have [0:19] sediment that is in the water so you you drill you put in your casing pipe your filter pack [0:24] everything but you're still going to have essentially dirty water in there and you have [0:29] to spend time cleaning out. Usually about a week, they have to go bail. So we teach them, [0:36] Simone teaches them how to bail. So they have to shake up the water, they have to do different [0:41] things to try to agitate the bottom and get the soil out. And once they do that for a [0:48] week, then they start to pull out fairly clear water like that. And so when Simone knows [0:57] that it's clear enough, then he's going to install the pump. And so that's what [1:00] what we're here to do today is turn.
